Annual Declaration of Compliance – As part of its continued compliance efforts, Alaven has developed a Corporate Compliance Program. To the best of our knowledge, and based on our good faith understanding of the statutory requirements, we have established a Program that is compliant with the requirements of California Health & Safety Code §§ 119400-119402. Consistent with recommendations in the "Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers" published by the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, our Program has been tailored to the size, organizational structure and resources of our company. Alaven hereby declares that as of January 4, 2010, to the best of its knowledge, it is in all material respects, in compliance with both its Program and with the requirements of California Health & Safety Code §§ 119400-119402 .
